Spicy Prawn Noodles

Spicy Prawn Noodles
Ingredients:
  1. Prawns
  2. Soya Bean Noodles
  3. Ginger
  4. Cabbage
  5. Water
  6. light Soya sauce
  7. Chilis
  8. Basil Leaves
How to Cook:
Boil the water then add in the pounded ginger and prawns, wait until it is cook, add in light soya sauce and chilis for seasoning. Later, add in the noodles and cabbage and boil it until it is cook and put on basil leaves as topping.

Fried Spinach Mushroom

Ingredients:

  1. Mushroom
  2. Spinach
  3. Fish Sauce
  4. Water
  5. Oil
  6. Garlic
  7. Onion
  8. Oyster Sauce

How to Cook:

Fry the garlic and onion until it turn into golden brown, later add in spinach with mushroom. For seasoning add in fish sauce,water and oyster sauce. Stir fry it for few minutes and it is ready to serve.

  1. Fish -Promphet, Brama..any type
  2. Cucumber
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Onion
  5. Fish Sauce
  6. Garlic
  7. Onion
  8. Sugar
  9. Oyster Sauce
  10. Chilis
  11. Salt
  12. Oil
How to Cook:
Fried the fish in the pan of oil until it turn to golden brown, take it out and put it aside. Later, add in the pounded garlic, onion and chili and stir fry it, add in some big onion and cucumber, with tomatoes and stir fry it. For seasoning add in some sugar, fish sauce, water, water and oyster sauce and stir fry it for few minutes and put on the topping on top of the fish and it is ready to serve.

Ingredients:
  1. Chicken
  2. Black Pepper Sauce
  3. Onion
  4. Garlic
  5. Cucumber
  6. Tomatoes ( cut into cube, and slices)
  7. Fish Sauce
  8. Oil
  9. Corn Starch
  10. Water
How to Cook:
Fry the garlic on a pan of oil, stir fry it until it turn to golden brown, then add in the chicken, stir fry it for few second, add in tomatoes that cut into cubes, and onion, stir fry it together by adding in some fish sauce, corn starch and water, leave it for few minutes. When it is ready to cook, add in cucumber and tomatoes( which cut into slices) and fry it for few second and it is ready to eat.

Ingredients:
Marinate:
  1. Fish
  2. Lemon Grass
  3. Tumeric Powder
  4. Ginger
  5. Salt
  6. Oil - for frying
  7. Garlic
Sauce:
  1. Red Chilies
  2. Shallot
  3. Fish Sauce
  4. Lime Juice
  5. Sugar

How to Cook:

First, marinate all the ingredient for 15 minutes, then fry it with oil. When it done , serve it on a dish, put on the topping on top of the fish with all the sauce ingredients which include red chilies. shallot, fish sauce, lime juice and sugar.

Fry the garlic on a pan of oil until it turn to golden brown, add in prawn and meat and stir fry for few second, add it fish sauce for seasoning, then add in the vegetables ( carrot, bean sprout) , stir fry it for around 1 minutes, then add in some chives.

  1. Mei Cai - a type of vegetable
  2. Prawn
  3. Carrot
  4. Light Soya Sauce
  5. Oyster Sauce
  6. Garlic

How to Cook:
Fry the pounded garlic and ginger on a pan of oil, then stir fry it for few second, add in prawn and stir fry it for another 10 second, lastly, add in the vegetable such as mei cai and carrot. Lastly, add in salt, light soya sauce, oyster sauce, and water for seasoning.

  1. Ingredients:
    Kang Kung
  2. Prawn
  3. Chili
  4. Belacan - Shrimp Paste
  5. Garlic
  6. Onion
  7. Oyster Sauce
  8. Light Soya Sauce
  9. Water
  10. Corn Starch
  11. Oil
How to Cook:
First, add in the oil on a pan, then add in the pounded shrimp paste together with onion and garlic, stir fry it until it turn into golden brown. Add in the prawn and chili and stir fry it for few second, add in the kang kung leave, lastly, add in light soya sauce and oyster sauce for seasoning. Lastly , add in a small amount of water together with corn starch.
