Ingredients:
- Yellow Noodles
- Chili
- Grained chilis
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Egg
- Chicken
- Clam
- Oyster Sauce
- Fish Sauce
- Onion
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Oil
- Water
- Cabbage
Pound the garlic, ginger and onion together with chili and stir fry it with chicken in a hot pan with oil, add in some clam and fish sauce. Fry the cabbage and egg together;add in the yellow noodles and fry it with seasoning such as osyter sauce, small amount of water and grained chilis until it is ready to eat.
