Spicy Seafood with Pak Choy Tofu
Ingredients:
- Tofu
- Prawn
- Pak Choy
- Chili
- Grained Chili
- Oyster Sauce
- Fish Sauce
- Clams
- Garlic
- Onion
- Ginger
- Oil
- Water
How To Cook:
Fry the tofu in a hot pan oil, add in the pounded chili, garlic, ginger and onion. Add in prawn and clams with fish sauce, oyster sauce and grained chili. Add in some water and pak choy and stir fry it until it ready to serve.
