Bitter Gourd Chicken Soup

How to Cook:
Boil the water, sliced the bitter gourd into small U shape, add in bitter gourd, chicken drumstick,small amount of light soya sauce and salt into the boiling water, lastly add in one egg. Cook it for few hour for better result. Bitter gourd chicken soup is good to cooler down the body temperature.

How to Cook:
Pound the garlic and small chili together and stir fry it in a pan that inserted with oil; then fry the chicken that marinated with pepper with five spices with small amount of fish sauce. Stir fry it for few minutes, add in onion, baby corn, dry chili flake and green chili. Lastly add in some water and oyster sauce and it is ready to serve.
How to cook:
First, soak the corn noodles to soften it, later, pound the garlic, ginger, onion and chili together. Then, stir fry it with oil on a pan, and add in the lap cheong ,chicken that cut into pieces, then fish sauce to season it.
