Ingredients for Nasi Dagang
- "Nasi Dagang" Rice
- Coconut Milk
- Salt
- Sugar
- Herb-Halba
- Ginger
- Shallot
- Tuna Fish
- Tamarine Skin " Asam Skin"
- Salt
- Curry Powder
- Onion
- Coconut Milk
- Water
- Oil
- Eggs
- Palm Sugar
Steam the "Nasi Dagang" rice, add in the coconut milk ( mix with salt and sugar) then add in halba, some ginger and shallot. ( Nasi Dagang need to be soak before steam)
How to make the Fish Curry:
Fry the onion in a pan of oil, add in curry powder , coconut milk and palm sugar, then add in tuna fish which was cook with tamarine skin and salt. (just put in the tuna fish ) ,Eggs which already cooked, add in some salt for seasoning.
