Ingredients:
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Chili
- Chicken
- Lak Cheong
- Cabbage/ Carrot/ Bean Sprout
- Onion
- Corn Noodles
- Fish Sauce
- Grained Chili
- Oyster Sauce
- Oil
- Warm water
How to cook:
First, soak the corn noodles to soften it, later, pound the garlic, ginger, onion and chili together. Then, stir fry it with oil on a pan, and add in the lap cheong ,chicken that cut into pieces, then fish sauce to season it. After that, add in the grained cjhili and oyster sauce together with vegetables (carrot, bean sprout , cabbage-- ur choice) add in some water and stir fry it, lastly add in the corn noodles....
