- Ingredients:
Kang Kung - Prawn
- Chili
- Belacan - Shrimp Paste
- Garlic
- Onion
- Oyster Sauce
- Light Soya Sauce
- Water
- Corn Starch
- Oil
First, add in the oil on a pan, then add in the pounded shrimp paste together with onion and garlic, stir fry it until it turn into golden brown. Add in the prawn and chili and stir fry it for few second, add in the kang kung leave, lastly, add in light soya sauce and oyster sauce for seasoning. Lastly , add in a small amount of water together with corn starch.
