Spicy Thai Style Fried Fish
Ingredients:
Marinate:
  1. Fish
  2. Lemon Grass
  3. Tumeric Powder
  4. Ginger
  5. Salt
  6. Oil - for frying
  7. Garlic
Sauce:
  1. Red Chilies
  2. Shallot
  3. Fish Sauce
  4. Lime Juice
  5. Sugar

How to Cook:

First, marinate all the ingredient for 15 minutes, then fry it with oil. When it done , serve it on a dish, put on the topping on top of the fish with all the sauce ingredients which include red chilies. shallot, fish sauce, lime juice and sugar.
