How to cook:
Pounded the garlic, shallots, coriander leave+roots together, the marinate all the ingredient with chicken by adding in oyster sauce and fish sauce together with sesame oil with sugar. Fold the chicken in the pandan leave and fry it.

How to cook:
Pound the chilis, garlic, ginger, onion together, then fry it with oil in a hot pan, add in the "kupang" and stir fry it together with fish sauce and oyster sauce with a lil bit of water. Add in the celery , chilis, mushroom and corn starch, and fry it for 2 minutes.

How to cook:

Spicy Vegetable Chicken ( Selene's Creation)

- Bamboo Mushroom
- Red Chili
- Small Spicy Chili

- Corn Flour
Heat the oil and put in ginger, garlic, chilis that was pounded together, stir fry it, add in the chicken, and fish sauce together with osyter sauce. To make it more texture, add in the corn flour.

Crispy Chicken with Green Mangoes
Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Green Mango
- Chilies
- Shallot

- lime juice

- Flour - for coating to fry
Marinade:
- Coriander+root
- Lime

- Ginger

How to cook:
Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. To make the sauce, prepare the mangoes, chilies, shallot ( cut into slices) add in fish sauce and sugar, lime juice. After that, coated the chicken with flour and deep fry it. Serve it with the sauce.

Spicy Ginger Chicken Rice+ Egg
Ingredients:

- Spring Onion
- Chicken
- Fish Sauce
- Light Soya Sauce
- Corn Starch
- Water

How to cook:
Heat the pan with oil and stir fry the ginger and chili together, continue with frying the chicken. Add in some fish sauce and light soya sauce to add in the taste, to make it more moisture, add in water and conrn starch. Sprinkle some spring onion when it is ready to serve. Fry an egg, and serve it with rice.
Gong Poh Chicken Rice
Ingredients:

- Dark Soya Sauce
- Oyster Sauce
- Shiao Xin Wine
- Dry Chili
- Red Chili
- Ginger
- Water
- Corn Starch
- Oil
- Garlic
Heat the pan with oil and stir fry the garlic and ginger together, continue by adding the chicken, dark soya sauce, light soya sauce, sugar, salt, water, shiao xin Wine, fry it for 1-2 minutes, then add in the dry chili and red chili and stir fry it until it it ready to serve. Serve it with steam rice.
