Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Chilis
- Spring Onion
- Fish Sauce
- Light Soya Sauce
- Clams
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Oil
Boil and clams and remove the clam meat from the shell. Pound the garlic, ginger and chilis together and fry it on a hot pan. Add in spring onions and chilis that cut into pieces and fry it. add in eggs and fish sauce together soya sauce and wait until it is cook. Decorate with some cabbage or chilis depend on your choice.
