Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Corriander + Root
- Chilis
- Fish Sauce
- Light Soya Sauce
- Rice
How to cook:
Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes ( pounded corriander + root, ginger, garlic and chilis together, and add in fish sauce and light soya sauce) Roasted for 40 minutes. and it is ready to eat !
