Spicy Kupang with Vegetable

Spicy Kupang With Vegetable

Ingredients:
Kupang
Chilis
Mushroom
Celery
Fish Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Water
Corn Starch
Ginger
Onion
Garlic
Oil


How to cook:
Pound the chilis, garlic, ginger, onion together, then fry it with oil in a hot pan, add in the "kupang" and stir fry it together with fish sauce and oyster sauce with a lil bit of water. Add in the celery , chilis, mushroom and corn starch, and fry it for 2 minutes.
