Spicy BBQ Sauce Fried Fish

Ingredients:
  1. Fish - any type - talapia
  2. Dry Chili/ Pepper
  3. Salt
  4. BBQ Sauce - ( sweet or spicy)
  5. Lettuce
  6. Oil
How to Cook:

Fry the fish that marinated with salt in a pan of oil until it turn to golden brown. Put the fried fish aside then put in the BBQ sauce in the pan, add in grained chili/ pepper/ dry chili to add in spiciness

Braised Sweet Sauce Chicken
Ingredients:
  1. Carrot
  2. Cucumber
  3. Garlic
  4. Onion
  5. Ginger
  6. Sweet Sauce
  7. Chicken Stock
  8. Water
  9. Corn Starch
  10. Chicken
  11. Oil
How to Cook:
First, fry the chicken with oil until it turn to golden brown. Later add in ginger and garlic and onion and stir fry it for few second, add in carrot . Lastly add in sweet sauce, chicken stock, water and corn starch and it is ready to serve. Put in cucumber on the plate for decoration.

Stir Fry Ginger Slice Fish Fillet
Ingredients:
  1. Oil
  2. Ginger
  3. Garlic
  4. Onion
  5. Spring Onions
  6. Fish Fillet
  7. Oyster Sauce
  8. Soy Sauce
  9. Chicken Stock
How to Cook:
Add in oil, then stir fry the ginger and garlic until it turn to golden brown, later, add in onion and spring onion, add in the fish fillet, then the seasoning - oyster sauce, soy sauce and chicken stock with water and stir fry it for few minutes until it is cook.

Korean Style BBQ Sauce Grill Fish
Ingredients
  1. Fish
  2. Oil
  3. Pasley Flake
  4. Salt
  5. Spring Onions
  6. Garlic
  7. BBQ sauce ( sugar , salt, sesame oil, sesame seed, corn starch, spices ) @ LEE KUM KEE BBQ sauce
How to Cook:
Grill the fish by marinate it with oil, pasley flake and salt. Grill it until it is cook,put it aside. Then prepare oil in a pan , then add in garlic and spring onion, stir fry for few minutes then add it the BBQ sauce. When it is cook, pour the sauce on top of the grill fish.
