Stir Fry Ginger Slice Fish Fillet
  1. Oil
  2. Ginger
  3. Garlic
  4. Onion
  5. Spring Onions
  6. Fish Fillet
  7. Oyster Sauce
  8. Soy Sauce
  9. Chicken Stock
How to Cook:
Add in oil, then stir fry the ginger and garlic until it turn to golden brown, later, add in onion and spring onion, add in the fish fillet, then the seasoning - oyster sauce, soy sauce and chicken stock with water and stir fry it for few minutes until it is cook.
