Ginger Drunken Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken
  2. Wain
  3. Ginger
  4. Chives
  5. Fish Sauce
  6. Light Soya Sauce
  7. Corn Starch
  8. Water

How to Cook:

Marinate the Chicken with wain, salt, light soya sauce. After that, put in oil in a pan , then stir fry it , later add in fish sauce, light soya sauce, ginger, onion and chilis. Stir fry it for few minutes, later add in water and corn starch and cook the chicken until it is ready to serve, add in chives at last.

How to cook:

  1. Kuey Teow Noodles
  2. Cabbage
  3. Carrot
  4. Chilis padi
  5. Grained Chili
  6. Oyster sauce
  7. Fish Sauce
  8. Fish Cake
  9. Prawn
  10. Chicken
  11. Water
  12. Garlic
  13. Onion
  14. Ginger

How to cook:
Fried the garlic, ginger , chili padi and onion which was pounded together and stir fry it, add in chicken and prawn and add in the fish sauce, fry it for few minutes. Add in cabbage and carrot, by adding the other two seasoning - oyster sauce and grained chilis with some water. Lastly, put in the kuey teow and fried it until it is cook.

Ingredients:

  2. Wantan Noodles
  3. Grained Chilis
  4. Chilis padi
  5. Fish Sauce
  6. Chicken Meat
  7. Onion
  8. Ginger
  9. Garlic
  10. Oyster Sauce
  11. Cabbage
  12. Carrot

How to cook:

Boil the wantan in a hot water until it is cook, put aside. Pound the garlic, ginger, and garlic, chili padi together, fried it in a hot pan which fill with oil, then put in the chicken and stir fried it, add in fish sauce for seasoning.Add in the cabbage and carrot which already been sliced and add in other seassoning such as oyster sauce and grained chili together with some water. Stir fry it for few minutes and add in the wan tan noodles and it is ready to eat !

Shallots
Corriander leave+roots
Oyster Sauce
Fish sauce
Sesame Oil
Sugar

How to cook:
Pounded the garlic, shallots, coriander leave+roots together, the marinate all the ingredient with chicken by adding in oyster sauce and fish sauce together with sesame oil with sugar. Fold the chicken in the pandan leave and fry it.
