Tou Chiang Ginger Chicken


  1. Green Chilis
  2. Red Chilis
  3. Ginger
  4. Onion
  5. Garlic
  6. Chicken
  7. Fish Sauce
  8. Tou Chiang
  9. Water

How to Cook:

Pound the garlic, green chilis, ginger, red chilis, onion together and fry it with hot oil. Add in the chicken and some fish sauce and stir fry it, lasty add in some water together with tou chiang and it is ready to serve.
