Put in the tomatoes sauce and stir fry it. To add in more flavours, put in some light soya sauce and pepper.

Heat the oil on a pan, put in ginger and onion and fry it, then put in some garlic and chilis. When all is golden brown, put in the clam, chili sauce, grained chilis, light soya sauce,pepper, oyster sauce, fish sauce, salt and water and wine. Add in corn starch when it is almost cook. Spinkle some oregano when it is ready.

Tomyam paste Ingredients:
  1. Gelangal (Lengkuas)
  2. Chili

  9. Ginger
How to cook:
Boil the fish and clams until it cooks, choose the clams which is healthy (appears open when you cook it). Prepare Oil on another wok, the put in garlic and onion, chilis, lemon grass and citrus leaf, fry it for 1 minutes, then put in mushroom, fish cake, and vegetable such as cauliflower ,carrot. Then add in the tomyam paste, together with the clams and fish. Then insert some water, add in salt , fish sauce, small amount of light soya sauce. Wait until it cook. Can be serve with rice and noodles ....

  5. Miced Beef/Chicken
  6. Vegatables :Carrot, Cauliflower, Pak Choi
  7. Light Soya Sauce
    Chicken Stock/ Fish Stock
  8. Corn Starch
  9. Water
  10. Oyster Sauce
How to Cook:
Fried the japanese Tofu until golden brown. Put aside. Then, prepare oil, fried the garlic and onion , together with miced chicken/beef. Then put in the vegetables- your choice whether you like carrot, cauliflower, pak choi and others, then put in the japanese Tofu by adding light soya sauce, chicken stock/fish stock, corn starch with water, oyster sauce and stir it until cook.

Friend Clams with Lemon Grass and ginger

Ingredients :
  1. Clams
  2. Lemon Grass

How to cook:
Boil the water and put in clams to let it cook for 1-2 minutes, choose the one with open. Then hot the pan with some oil, fried the garlic and ginger together with lemon grass. Then put in the clams. After that, put in the sauce ingredients such as light soya sauce, osyter sauce, pepper, salt and some water and let it cook, for more spicy, add in chillis. For decoration, put some tomatoes and herbs on top.

How to cook:
Cut the scallops. Boil the asparagus and leek for 1 minutes to soften it. Heat the pan until it is hot and nice, then fry the asparagus and leek until it turn golden and put in salt and pepper. To fry the scallops, put the asparagus and leek aside the pan and fry it together with butter, salt, pepper and 5 spices powder, and herbs (Basil). Spinkle the lemon on top. !!!!

Ingredients:
  1. Fish (any kind, your favour-either salt water fish@ fresh water fish)
  2. Lemon
  3. Ginger
  4. Green Onion
  5. Oil

Sauce:

  1. Sugar
  2. Steam fish sauce
  3. Soya sauce
  4. Chicken Stock
  5. Water
  6. Sesame Sauce
  7. Pepper

How to Make:
Steam the fish by slice it into 2, put on a lemon, sprinkle some ginger and green onion on it and steam it. Put oil on a pan and fry the ginger and green garlic and put it aside. To make the sauce, put in the soya sauce, steam fish sauce, sugar, chicken stock+ water, sesame sauce, a dash of pepper on a hot pan. Lastly, take out the fish one it is cook, and put on the fry ginger+green garlic with oil together with the sauce on the fish !

Beat the 6 eggs and put in all the ingredient which include huang chai, green onion chili , carrot, water chesnut, onion that cut into pieces, bean sprout, 1-2 table spoon of chai po, 1-2 table spoon of si chuan chai, small amount of salt and pepper
Put in oil on a pan and fry the eggs, fry it until cook....
To make the sos, cook it in a pan with all ingredient mix together (XO sauce, soya sauce, wine, corn starch, water)

Ingredients :
  1. Chicken breast
  2. Salt
  3. 5 Spices Powder
  4. Scent Tea
  5. Oil Garlic

  9. Teriyaki Sauce

Step 1:
Marinate the chicken with a small amount of salt , coated with 5 spices powder and scent tea and leave it in the fridge for at least 45 minutes

Step 2:
Grill the chicken

Step 3:
To make the sauce: Put in olive oil ( your choice ), garlic and ginger and fry it until golden brown, add in a little bit of vinegar , sugar 5 spices and boil it, lastly, insert the teriyaki sauce.

How to cook:

Boil the water and wait put in the angel hair - spagetti and cauliflower, carrots, meatballs/ chicken balls and mushroom. Secondly, to make the sauce , fry the onion and garlic, then miced beef, fry it until golden brown, put in the tomatoes paste, add in salt and herb for the taste.

  2. Salt (small amount)
The Sauce

  1. Onion
  2. Garlic
  3. Carrot
  4. Tomatoes sauce
  5. Chilis sauce
  6. Light Soya Sauce
  7. Vinegar
  8. Water
  9. Shao Xin Wine
  10. Chicken Stock
  11. Red Chilies
  12. Oregano
How to Cook:

Fry the fish that was coated with a small amount of salt with olive oil until it is cook. Then took it out and put on a plate

To make the sauce, first, fry the garlic and onion to bring out the aroma, then put in the carrot, stir fry it. Continue with add in the small amount of water, chili sauce, tomatoes sauce, vinegar, chicken stock shao xin wine, light soya sauce and let it boil. Add in chili ( cut into pieces) or pineaaple or some cucumber ( your choice ) to make it more presentable.

Lastly, when the sauce is ready, coat it on top of the fish and cut the oregano into pieces.

Step 1
  1. Noodles
  2. Dark Soya Sauce

Step 2

  1. garlic

  2. miced beef / chicken

  3. spring onion

  4. fish cake

  5. shrimps

Step 3


  1. water

  2. corn flour

  3. vinegar

  4. salt

  5. fish sauce

  6. pepper

  7. wain

Take Step 1 and fried the noodles with dark soya sause, take it out and put it in a bowl. Heat oil and using Step 2 ingredient, take the garlic and fry it until golden brown, put in miced beef / chicken, shrimps , fish cake and spring onion, lastly egg, stir fry it all together. Lastly, step 3 put in some water, corn flour, vinegar, a lil bit of wain, salt, pepper, fish sauce.......then here go to ! ready to eat noodles !

Step 1
  1. Olive Oil
  2. Chicken breast cut into small piece
  3. Take 2. and fry it in the olive oil until it turn to golden brown and crispy

Step 2

The dressing

  1. Vinegar
  2. honey
  3. 2 splash of olive oil
  4. salt and pepper
  5. small amount of mustard
  6. mix it together

Step 3

  1. Salad ( your choice)
  2. iceberg
  3. tomatoes
  4. bread ( cripsy bread)

Take Step 1 mix together with Step 3. Step 2 is the dressing and it is serve when you are ready to have the food !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apple Juice Jel'lo



Easy to make Jel'lo together with Apple Juice

Step 1
  1. Apple Juice ( 1/4 of cold, and 1/4 of Warm)

  2. Jelly powder ( melt it in the warm apple juice)
    Take 1 + 2 mix together

Step 2

  1. Kiwi, Cherries(Apple) put on the small glass

    Take Step 1 pour into Step 2.......and put in the fridge !!! and here you go ! Apple Juice Jel'lo ! you can enjoy it with other juice too .......
