Japanese Tofu With Vegetables


Ingredients:
  1. Japanese Tofu
  2. Onion
  3. Garlic
  4. Ginger
  5. Miced Beef/Chicken
  6. Vegatables :Carrot, Cauliflower, Pak Choi
  7. Light Soya Sauce
    Chicken Stock/ Fish Stock
  8. Corn Starch
  9. Water
  10. Oyster Sauce
How to Cook:
Fried the japanese Tofu until golden brown. Put aside. Then, prepare oil, fried the garlic and onion , together with miced chicken/beef. Then put in the vegetables- your choice whether you like carrot, cauliflower, pak choi and others, then put in the japanese Tofu by adding light soya sauce, chicken stock/fish stock, corn starch with water, oyster sauce and stir it until cook.
