Thai Style Tomyam Fish and Clams

Thai Style Tom Yan Fish and Clams
  1. Clams
  2. Fish
  3. Onion
  4. Tomyam Paste
  5. Lemon Grass (Serai)
  6. Citrus Leaf
  7. Chilis
  8. Fish Sauce
  9. Salt
  10. Olive Oil
  11. Garlic
  12. Fish Cake
  13. Cauliflower
  14. Carrot
  15. Mushroom
  16. Water
  17. Light Soya Sauce
Tomyam paste Ingredients:
  1. Gelangal (Lengkuas)
  2. Chili
  3. Lemon Grass
  4. Citrus Leaf
  5. Fish Sauce
  6. Dried Shrimp
  7. Vegetable Oil
  8. Tamarind
  9. Ginger
How to cook:
Boil the fish and clams until it cooks, choose the clams which is healthy (appears open when you cook it). Prepare Oil on another wok, the put in garlic and onion, chilis, lemon grass and citrus leaf, fry it for 1 minutes, then put in mushroom, fish cake, and vegetable such as cauliflower ,carrot. Then add in the tomyam paste, together with the clams and fish. Then insert some water, add in salt , fish sauce, small amount of light soya sauce. Wait until it cook. Can be serve with rice and noodles ....
