Kampung Fried Rice

Kampung Fried Rice
  1. Rice
  2. Eggs
  3. Cabbage/ Kangkung
  4. Ikan Bilis / Salted fish
  5. Onion
  6. Garlic
  7. Chili Padi
  8. Fish Sauce
  9. Oyster Sauce
  10. Grained Chili
  11. Oil
How to cook:
Fry the ikan bilis / salted fish a pan with hot oil and take it out when it turn to brownish. Stir fry the pounded garlic and onion with the grained chili. Add in the rice, with seasoning such as fish sauce, oyster sauce and grained chili. Lastly add in the cabbage/kangkung, eggs and it is ready to be serve.
