Fry Bitter Gourd with Egg

Fry Bitter Gourd with Egg
  1. Bitter Gourd
  2. Carrot
  3. Eggs
  4. Oyster Sauce
  5. Garlic
  6. Water
  7. Oil
  8. Salt
How to Cook:
Fry the pounded garlic on a pan of oil, then stir fry the bitter gourd that cut into "U" shape, later add in some water, and salt, add in carrot and eggs and season it with oyster sauce.
