Spicy Dry Chili Fish

Spicy Dry Chili Fish
  1. Dry Chili flake
  2. Grained Chili
  3. Fish ( Any Kind, your choice)
  4. Green Chili
  5. Oil
  6. Oyster Sauce
  7. Garlic
  8. Onion
  9. Water
How To Cook:
Fry the Fish. Pound the chili, onion and garlic together, then stir fry it in a pan with oil, then add in the grained chili and oyster sauce together, with dry chili flake, lastly add in small amount of water and fish and stir fry it until the texture is even and it is ready to serve.
