Chau Zhou Style Steam Fish

"Chau Zhou Style" Steam Fish
  1. Fish - your choice- snapper, cod fish, Brama
  2. Garlic
  3. Ginger
  4. Tomatoes
  5. Chilis
  6. Chive
  7. Light Soya Sauce
  8. Oyster Sauce
  9. Plum Sauce
  10. Sesame Oil
  11. Sugar
  12. Salt
  13. Water
  14. Marinated Vegetable
How to Cook:
Place the fish in a plate, put tomatoes and marinated vegetable under the fish;then add in the sauce ( which include sesame sauce, light soya sauce, oyster sauce, plum sauce, sugar, salt and water) then spinkle ginger, garlic and chili on top as topping. Steam it until it cook. Lastly sprinkle some chive on top.
