Spicy Kerang

Spicy Kerang
  1. Kerang
  2. Onion
  3. Ginger
  4. Garlic
  5. Carrot
  6. Oyster Sauce
  7. Fish Sauce
  8. Water
  9. Chili
  10. Grained Chili
  11. Cabbage
  12. Oil
How to Cook:
Stir fry the pounded onion, ginger, garlic and chili with oil, then add in the fish sauce for seasoning, later add in the carrot,onion and cabbage, stir fry it for few minutes, add in the "kerang". Lastly add in some water, oyster sauce and grained chili and it is ready to serve.
