Grill Sambal Fish

Grill Sambal Fish
Ingredients:
  1. Fish
  2. Prawn Paste (Belacan)
  3. Onion
  4. Garlic
  5. Chilis
  6. Blended Dry Chili
  7. Fish Sauce
  8. Lime Juice

How to cook:
Pound the prawn paste, onion, garlic, chilis, blended dry chili, fish sauce and lime juice together and , marinate it. Grill the fish on 250 degrees.
