Gong Poh Chicken Rice

Gong Poh Chicken Rice

Ingredients:
  1. Chicken
  2. Sugar
  3. Salt
  4. Light Soya Sauce
  5. Dark Soya Sauce
  6. Oyster Sauce
  7. Shiao Xin Wine
  8. Dry Chili
  9. Red Chili
  10. Ginger
  11. Water
  12. Corn Starch
  13. Oil
  14. Garlic
How to cook:
Heat the pan with oil and stir fry the garlic and ginger together, continue by adding the chicken, dark soya sauce, light soya sauce, sugar, salt, water, shiao xin Wine, fry it for 1-2 minutes, then add in the dry chili and red chili and stir fry it until it it ready to serve. Serve it with steam rice.
