Crispy Chicken with Green Mangoes

Crispy Chicken with Green Mangoes
  1. Chicken
  2. Green Mango
  3. Chilies
  4. Shallot
  5. Fish sauce
  6. lime juice
  7. Sugar
  8. Flour - for coating to fry


  1. Coriander+root
  2. Lime
  3. Shallot
  4. Ginger
  5. Garlic


  1. Soya Sauce
  2. Fish Sauce

How to cook:

Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. To make the sauce, prepare the mangoes, chilies, shallot ( cut into slices) add in fish sauce and sugar, lime juice. After that, coated the chicken with flour and deep fry it. Serve it with the sauce.
