Roasted Ginger Chicken Rice (Selene's Creation)

Roasted Ginger Chicken Rice
  1. Chicken
  2. Ginger
  3. Garlic
  4. Corriander + Root
  5. Chilis
  6. Fish Sauce
  7. Light Soya Sauce
  8. Rice

How to cook:
Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes ( pounded corriander + root, ginger, garlic and chilis together, and add in fish sauce and light soya sauce) Roasted for 40 minutes. and it is ready to eat !
