Basil Sauce Fried Fish
Ingredients:
  1. Fish -Promphet, Brama..any type
  2. Cucumber
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Onion
  5. Fish Sauce
  6. Garlic
  7. Onion
  8. Sugar
  9. Oyster Sauce
  10. Chilis
  11. Salt
  12. Oil
How to Cook:
Fried the fish in the pan of oil until it turn to golden brown, take it out and put it aside. Later, add in the pounded garlic, onion and chili and stir fry it, add in some big onion and cucumber, with tomatoes and stir fry it. For seasoning add in some sugar, fish sauce, water, water and oyster sauce and stir fry it for few minutes and put on the topping on top of the fish and it is ready to serve.
