Mei Cai with Prawn

Mei Cai with Prawn
  1. Mei Cai - a type of vegetable
  2. Prawn
  3. Carrot
  4. Light Soya Sauce
  5. Oyster Sauce
  6. Garlic
  7. Ginger
  8. Water
  9. Salt
  10. Oil
How to Cook:
Fry the pounded garlic and ginger on a pan of oil, then stir fry it for few second, add in prawn and stir fry it for another 10 second, lastly, add in the vegetable such as mei cai and carrot. Lastly, add in salt, light soya sauce, oyster sauce, and water for seasoning.
