Hainan Chicken Rice

Chicken :

Boil the water to the boiling point and turn it off, pounch the chicken for 50 minutes. Then soak it in ice water for 10 minutes


Chicken Broth, Rice, Salt, Garlic


Garlic, Ginger, Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce
