Light Soya Sauce
How To Cook:
Marinate the chicken with salt and wine. Later preheat the oil, add in garlic, ginger and onion and stir fry it for few minutes, add in chilis. Later, add in potatoes and chicken. Add in seasoning such as oyster sauce, light soya sauce, sweet sauce, starch and water. Add in green onion for colouring and cook for 10 more minutes.
