Spicy Sze Chuan Potatoes Chicken

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Chicken
Chilis
Onion
Water
Light Soya Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Sze Chuan Chili
Garlic
Chinese Wine
Oil

How to Cook:
Heat the oil, then stir fry the onion, chili, garlic for few minutes, then add in the chicken, stir fry it then add in the seasoning such as light soya sauce, water, oyster sauces, sze chuan chili , chinese wine. Cook for 15 minutes and it is ready to serve.
