Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Curry Leave
- Onion
- Scallops
- Garlic
- Chilis
- Salt
- Potatoes
- Light Soya Sauce
- Fish Sauce
- Chili Powder
- Chicken Curry Powder
- Water
- Olive Oil
Fry the scallops,onion and garlic until golden brown with olive oil, then put in the chilis, curry leave together with chicken and potatoes and fry it. Insert Curry Powder with chilis powder. Add in some water, with some seasoning such as salt, light soya sauce and fish sauce. Cook for 1 hour.
