Ingredients:
- Asparagus
- Leek
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 5 Spices Powder
- Butter
- Basil (Herbs)
- Lemon
- Scallops
How to cook:
Cut the scallops. Boil the asparagus and leek for 1 minutes to soften it. Heat the pan until it is hot and nice, then fry the asparagus and leek until it turn golden and put in salt and pepper. To fry the scallops, put the asparagus and leek aside the pan and fry it together with butter, salt, pepper and 5 spices powder, and herbs (Basil). Spinkle the lemon on top. !!!!
