How to cook:
Boil the water and put in clams to let it cook for 1-2 minutes, choose the one with open. Then hot the pan with some oil, fried the garlic and ginger together with lemon grass. Then put in the clams. After that, put in the sauce ingredients such as light soya sauce, osyter sauce, pepper, salt and some water and let it cook, for more spicy, add in chillis. For decoration, put some tomatoes and herbs on top.
