Ingredients:
- Clams
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Orengano
- Chili Sauce
- Chili Grain ( from Dry Chilis)
- Chilis
- Light Soya Sauce
- Oyster Sauce
- Onion
- Pepper
- Fish Sauce
- Salt
- Olive Oil
- Corn Starch
- Water
- Wine :Shao Xing Jiu
How to cook:
Heat the oil on a pan, put in ginger and onion and fry it, then put in some garlic and chilis. When all is golden brown, put in the clam, chili sauce, grained chilis, light soya sauce,pepper, oyster sauce, fish sauce, salt and water and wine. Add in corn starch when it is almost cook. Spinkle some oregano when it is ready.
