Ingredients:
- Fish (any kind, your favour-either salt water fish@ fresh water fish)
- Lemon
- Ginger
- Green Onion
- Oil
Sauce:
- Sugar
- Steam fish sauce
- Soya sauce
- Chicken Stock
- Water
- Sesame Sauce
- Pepper
How to Make:
Steam the fish by slice it into 2, put on a lemon, sprinkle some ginger and green onion on it and steam it. Put oil on a pan and fry the ginger and green garlic and put it aside. To make the sauce, put in the soya sauce, steam fish sauce, sugar, chicken stock+ water, sesame sauce, a dash of pepper on a hot pan. Lastly, take out the fish one it is cook, and put on the fry ginger+green garlic with oil together with the sauce on the fish !
